Cold brew: Put the dried lemon slices, the camomile and the ginger and 2 litres of cold water in a container. Leave to infuse 12 h in the fridge. Filter the juice through a fine mesh strainer. Sweeten to taste. Serve cold.
Hot brew: Use 1-2 g of herbal tea per cup. Heat the water to 95 °C, then let it steep for 7 minutes before straining and enjoying.
